“ Un autentico disfrute Empezando con esa ensalada yo ya me podía haber ido a casa. Nunca había visto algo igual. La combinación con los higos estaba espectacular. Con los entrantes disfrutamos mucho, tuvimos que partirlos por que era imposible no querer probar lo que cada uno había escogido. Una explosión de sabores y texturas. Para seguir sorprendiéndonos vino la Berenjena, a simple vista, si no sabes lo que has pedido no vas a saber que es lo que está en tu plato pero luego en el paladar tendrás una experiencia tierna pero crujiente a la vez, un punto y sabores perfectos. Terminamos con el Lomo bajo con su grasita que se fundía en cada bocado. Una delicia. Nos encantó que nos explicaran cada plato y poder ver desde la mesa como trabajaban los cocineros tras un cristal como si de un laboratorio se tratara. Quizás nos pasamos un poco pidiendo, los platos son abundantes y no fuimos capaces de pedir postre. Tocará volver por que seguro que son espectaculares viendo el nivel de sus platos. Sin duda este debe ser uno de los mejores restaurantes de Granollers actualmente, por no decir el mejor. 100% recomendable, volveremos ”

Sense cap tipus de dubte podem dir que hi tornarem, i de ben segur que recomanarem aquest restaurant amb la tranquil•litat de saber que és una boníssima aposta 100% assegurada. ”

“ Plats creatius i bona qualitat. Bona localització i bona decoració. 3 cambrers servint-nos i un d’ells força despistat. Haguéssim preferit 1 sol cambrer. El pastís de formatge no tenia sabor a Idiazabal. Un dels entrants (el fregit) estava massa oliós. Restaurant i equip (3 famílies) amb molt potencial. Restaurant totalment recomanat. ”

“ I don’t know where to even start. Perhaps that these guys are my friends and was really nice to reconnect again . Them level of knowledge and service provided just goes to show how incredible talented and rich personalities they are . I felt like in Michelin star restaurant but with family atmosphere. The food diversity was simply beyond my comprehension. I cannot recommend this place enough . If you want to experience something unique then this is the place to go to . Thank you Amigos ”
